I see you see me.
The Centre Georges Pompidou is France's National Museum of Modern Art. Recently they bought a bunch of the French Photojournalist Marc Riboud's prints and had them on display in their permanent collections. I had never heard of him and thought they were cool enough to show here in all their reflective glory. Note the new fade I gave myself as well.

The Indecisive Moment
Last weekend I visited the Henri Cartier-Bresson museum in Paris to see an exhibition showing his and Paul Strand's works in Mexico from 1933-35. Paul Strand rules. The museum is on a small side street and I probably wouldn't have found it if I didn't see other people going in. This is Cartier-Bresson's first Leica.

C'est La Blog!
http://berrisean.blogspot.com/
This is a blog I made to show my parents and whoever else cared some pictures of Bourges, France where I currently live. I figure some people that go here might be interested in checking it out. I'm planning on doing a post of just skatespots which I will still post on the skateboarding blog. But anything non-skateboarding will go to the Bourges thing as it will be all digital and more documentaryish than whatever sort of faux art vibe the photos on here have. I'll update it every once in awhile.

Service For The Sick
"'Well what are you afraid of? You're surely not afraid of Klamm are you?' The landlady gazed silently after him as he ran down the stairs with the assistants following." -K.

The Castle
"So the Castle had appointed him land surveyor. On one hand, this was unfavorable, for it showed that the Castle had all necessary information about him, had assessed the opposing forces, and was taking up the struggle with a smile. On the other hand, it was favorable, for it proved to his mind that they underestimated him and that he would enjoy greater freedom than he could have hoped for at the beginning. And if they thought they could keep him terrified all the time simply by acknowledging his surveyorship-though this was certainly a superior move on their part-then they were mistaken, for he felt only a slight shudder, that was all."
